BASIC SUMMARY
You are giving your consent for the processing of personal data to the AKFF z.s. association to receive a newsletter with an offer of AKFF’s cultural activities and other marketing messages directed to your person. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the consent you have given to the administrator within the meaning of article 6, paragraph 1 letter a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data and on repealing Directive 95/46/ES (General Data Protection Directive) (“directive”).

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The purpose of processing your data is to send a newsletter and other marketing messages by the administrator to your person. We are processing your email address and name, we are tracking what links in our e-mails do you click on and which type of e-mails from us you open the most, all of this to create better content, that might interest you. There is no automatic individual decision being made by the administrator within the meaning of article 22 of the directive.

We process your data ourselves using Mailchimp.

DURATION OF STORAGE OF YOUR DATA
We process your data for the duration of your consent, but no longer than 10 years from the granting of the consent.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA GIVING SUBJECT
Under the conditions set out in the directive, you have the right to request from the administrator access to your data, the right to correct or delete your data or restrict their usage, the right to object against the processing of your data, and the right to portability of your personal data.

You have the right to revoke at any time the consent to the processing of your data given to the administrator. However, it doesn’t affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data prior to such withdrawal of consent. You can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data as follows:

We send you e-mails with the offer of our cultural activities, events, and the information about our work because you subscribed to our newsletter.
You can unsubscribe from our e-mails by pressing the unsubscribe button link in each e-mail we send.

SECRECY
We are required to maintain the confidentiality of personal information and security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of your personal information. At the same time, this confidentiality continues even after the end of our contractual relations. We will not pass on your data to any third party without your consent.
